Visual and Defect Report
A visual inspection of plugs, sockets, the appliance and the entire length of the cord is performed. In doing this our technician is checking for any damage, signs of heating or melting, pitted or corroded pins, non-conforming changes to the cord or end connections and the overall general condition of the item.
Recording the results of the tests is just as important as doing the tests. Test results are issued for all jobs and show a complete record of the work done.
Pulse Test and Tag provide a detailed report, which is a critical part of the testing and tagging process. The Australian standards AS/NZS3760:2022 states that the following must be recorded in a report:

- Record of Inspection and Tests conducted
